Will I receive a confirmation of my online reservation?
Yes, you will receive an email with a confirmation booking code.
How can I pay for the reservation?
You pay online through the payment portal during checkout.
Are the shuttles private?

Yes all of our shuttles are 100% private. The van is only for your group and no additional passengers will be added.  All shuttles are non-stop service.

What if my flight is delayed?

Please call or email us as soon as you know of a flight delay. We will track your flight and adjust our pickup times accordingly for delayed arrivals.  If you want to change your pickup time for a departing flight, please let us know by phone or email.

What is included in your rates? Do you charge additional fees?
Everything is included in our rates.
Do you offer child safety seats?

Yes, we offer up to 3 child safety seats for additional $10 per seat.  Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need them

How can I cancel/modify my reservation?

There is a link in your confirmation email that will allow you to modify your reservation. If you would like to cancel, please email or call to ensure it is processed appropriately.

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

You will receive an email or text with your driver’s information. Please call or text them when you arrive, and they can let you know where to meet.
